    I bought a 20 inch, 14 karat white gold, 1.4 millimeter box chain for only $350 that was with their 20% off discount when I asked around all the local jewelry shops in Portland Oregon the cheapest I could find was $800 and that was for the exact same necklace. They mailed it to me right away it showed up in amazing condition I accidentally ordered another one and they cancelled the order promptly and refunded my account the same day.     Last year I purchased a bracelet from Price rock for my girlfriend for Easter. Within 90 days the bracelet cracked and broke. I called Price rock regarding their refund and replace policy. They told me to return the bracelet and they would replace it and I did. I have called several more times since thus year trying to identify the status of the replacement.     I ordered a 14kt white gold chain from this company. The length was 18" and I attempted to contact them to exchange it for a longer chain. First I tried email which would not allow me to send it to this company. I then called them several times and got an answering machine. This company has never called me back. I spent $109 on this chain. Learning lesson for me. I usually read the reviews prior to buying anything off of the internet, but this time it didn't. That won't happen again.     I purchased what was supposed to be a 7.25 14k solid gold W/Y GARIBALDI 5/70MM . When this arrived it was broken, put together poorly, smaller that it was advertised and it was supposed to be 11 grams. It was 7 grams of poor gold.     Called this Co. And didn't get any satisfation it sounded like he was in his garage and was a one man show. I ordered the wrong chain size and he gave me no return option just go to my jewler and buy another 10" chain and attach it to the 20" chain I purchased off of him so it would then hang to my belly button, so all the short people I come in contact with would be able to see it no one else just them. the ticket that came with the item is totally useless with no
