Last year I purchased a bracelet from Price rock for my girlfriend for Easter. Within 90 days the bracelet cracked and broke. I called Price rock regarding their refund and replace policy. They told me to return the bracelet and they would replace it and I did. I have called several more times since thus year trying to identify the status of the replacement. I have been told to email to another person, I have been put on hold and not responded to among the many ways to push my request off. I called 45 days ago and was told the bracelet was on back order. It is obvious that this is their way of not honoring their warranty. I feel that I have wasted $450.00 and will never use their services again. I guess its quantity over quality.
